As a medical doctor with over thirty years of experience, and a marathon runner having done 100 plus marathons, I am concluding that to move forward and keep going, there are three important steps to be taken in this order:
- Sustaining consistent change.
My coaching is based on a holistic approach, inspired by these three key steps. I live what I teach, and I am blessed with good health. This enables me to run every day of my life, something I have done since December 16, 2009.
